3. Membership and Account

You may need to create an account to shop on our website. You are responsible for the security of your account and should not share your account information with third parties.

4. Orders and Payment

• Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Your order is processed after payment approval.
• A deposit may be requested for custom production items.
• Special price quotes are available for wholesale sales.

5. Delivery

Delivery time varies by product and location. Custom production products are generally delivered within 2-4 weeks.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Standard products can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Custom production products are not covered by standard return conditions.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, intentional damage or natural wear.
